The bigger the better? Not sure if that is always true. A small fast ship can getaway, a small cannon can be moved quickly, and small wenches can be stowed away in a trunk. Now a small sword is a knife, a small gun is a pistol, and a small ship is a dingy, and a small wench is well just a small wench.
